Free users can browse products but cannot access seller contact information.

Seller verification is a thorough process where our team reviews business documents (GST certificate, trade license), identity proofs, and address verification. We may also conduct physical verification for premium plans. Only verified sellers get the "Verified by DBG" badge, which builds trust with buyers.

Yes! Both buyers and sellers can upgrade their plans at any time. When you upgrade, the remaining value of your current plan is adjusted proportionally. You can manage your subscription from your dashboard, and changes take effect immediately.
