1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering your business on the Digital Business Group (DBG) platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our website, services, and platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. DBG reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Business Registration & Information
When registering your business, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your business name, owner details, contact information, address, category, and description. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate suspension or removal of your listing without refund. You must update your information promptly if any details change.
3. Contact Information Sharing
By registering your business on DBG, you acknowledge and agree that your business contact information — including your phone number, email address, and business address — will be publicly displayed on our platform and shared with potential customers who view your listing. Your phone number will be visible to all users and can be used by customers to contact you directly via phone call or WhatsApp. If you do not wish your contact information to be shared publicly, you should not register on our platform.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
The annual registration fee of ₹1,100 must be paid at the time of registration. Payment is non-refundable once your business listing has been approved by our team. If your listing is rejected due to policy violations, you will not receive a refund. The registration period is valid for one year from the date of approval, after which renewal is required to maintain your listing. Payment must be made through the approved QR code/UPI method provided during registration.
5. Prohibited Content & Activities
You must not use our platform to list businesses involved in illegal activities, adult content, gambling, or any activities prohibited by Indian law. You must not upload obscene, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory content. Spamming other users, attempting to manipulate ratings or reviews, or impersonating another business is strictly prohibited. DBG reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these guidelines without prior notice or refund.
6. Listing Renewal & Expiry
Business listings are valid for one year from the date of approval. You will receive a reminder before your listing expires. To continue appearing on the platform, you must renew your registration by paying the applicable fee. Expired listings will be removed from public search results and the directory. DBG is not responsible for any loss of visibility or business opportunities resulting from listing expiry.
7. Limitation of Liability
DBG acts as a directory platform and does not guarantee business transactions, partnerships, or outcomes between users and listed businesses. We are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from business interactions between directory users and listed businesses. DBG does not endorse or warrant the quality of products or services offered by listed businesses. Our verification process indicates that basic business information has been confirmed, but does not constitute a guarantee of business practices.
